Take a nap, maybe.
When you feel like it’s all becoming too much, when life becomes too overwhelming and you can’t handle it anymore, relax.
If it’s possible, take a nap. Maybe watch some television. Just, do nothing, for about an hour or so. Don’t think about it for a while. Set your mind of of the things that are bothering you.
You’ll see things in a different prespective when you’re calm.
Don’t rush things, take it one step at a time. Finish what’s left to finish before starting on something new.
